So it begins... The Pasubio division, sent on the doomed task to aid the Wehrmacht on the Eastern front. Poorly equipped, under-supplied, unwanted by the Germans and a drain on resources that would have been needed in Italy's effort to gain ground in the Mediterranean theatre. I will on the whole keep it correct historically, but there might be some stretches - the same chaps will be called for when we move on to Mid-war Mediterranean fighting. There will be some Bersaglieri forces as well, since they were a part of the CSIR sent to the Soviet Union 1941. And then on to the totally unhistorical British Home Guard, taking on the part of a veteran platoon present on any front in need of tea-drinking, grumbling old men.
